first injectable cycle for mass, where do i start?

hi all!

i'm looking into putting on a heap of muscle, so have decided to go down the injectable road
ive got my diet pretty much in check (i think), and think i have a pretty good training routine
i have also done plenty of oral only cycles, mainly Dbol as i have a very fast metabolism!
So basically i want to do my first injectable cycle and have been told by a few pals that the best thing to go for is:

test enanthate or test equipoise 1-10/12 week 500ml a week
dianabol 1-4 week 40mg per day
clomid & nolvadex 20mg per day for 2-3 weeks at the end of the cycle

im not all that sure about the injectable steroid side but know a lot about the orals.
all support and advice will be much appreciated and before people start moaning about going on to other peoples threads to read, i already have done and would rather a tailored answer to my question rather than reading what someone else has been told.
also, i know that when your on steroids you can train harder, longer and faster but was just wondering whether there are any specific workouts out there tailored towards people using steroids.
also if there is anything anyone could add to the cycle that would be great

ok,

age 22
training for three years, put on 3 stone of good muscle, current weight 10stone 3 pounds, height 5foot 6inches
my diet varies from week to week depending what shift im on so i will put what both of them are like

early shift:

0730 bacon and sausage sandwich, white bread

1000 1.5 chicken breast with white rice

1230/1300 1.5 chicken breast with white rice

1430 no shotgun one scoop

1445-1615 training

1630 protein shake 70g protein 1500 calories

1800 2 chicken legs carrots potatoes green beans

2030/2100 normally something my mum cooks like spaghetti bolognese or chicken arrabiatta or maybe a ready meal or something always with atleast 30grams of protein

late shift:

0900 5 chicken drumsticks and pasta salad

1030 no shotgun one scoop

1045-1215 training

1230 protein shake 70g protein 1500 calories

1400 spaghetti bolognese/chicken arrabiatta or ready meal with atleast 30g protein

1630/1700 1.5 chicken breast with white rice

1930 1.5 chicken breast with white rice

2200/2230 2 chicken legs carrots potatoes green beans
 
Personally, I'd wait 2-3 years before your first cycle, then do a 500mg/wk test-e cycle.
You're still gaining naturally, wait for that to taper off.
If you must do something to enhance your progress, I'd look into the GHRP2 and CJC peptides. They may even allow future cycles to be MORE effective due to muscle hyperplasia.

And your diet has some room to improve. You might get some better gains if you included more nutrition.

thanks for your feedback mate, i have done like 4 or 5 dbol only cycles along the way so natural dont really work for me haha, but yeah that cycle u said pretty much the same as what my mate told me to do.

im not all that clued up on how often you got to do it and things like that
would you still suggest to do it in 2-3 years as im pretty set on doing it maybe march time

No offense man, but your diet sucks. You need to be specific as to how many ounces of meat, cups or ounces of carbs, and how many grams of fats youre taking in. I would definitely get my diet in check before worrying about steroids.

ok that sounds like a fair comment but i will put it like this then, my sdiet varies due to my job so it would be unfair to tell you exactly what im eating because it changes so often, but according to my mate who is a dietician my diet has enough protein in it to sustain what im doing to it, so i will put it like this i just need to know what is a good cycle and what i need to do, ill worry about my diet. but i sincerely thank you for the feedback
 
very few people can tell you exactly what they eat week in and week out.. i kinda laugh when most people even try to do it..

the best way to get a good food log going is to take pics of EVERYTHING you eat and just post it online. 2nd best is to use an online food tracker and log it everytime.. i just think that takes up too much time.. just take a pic and eat.. do it every time and you will have a very accurate way to measure everything going into your body and then you will know what to change..

if you want post it somewhere we can all see and you will get some great advice on how to tweak it..

if this is too much trouble or you dont wanna bother.. than you have no business sticking a needle in your body

probably the best advice i have had so far mate! cheers! but yeah i think i could do that. but as for the diet that really isnt my concern as i can get good information on things like that without reaching out on to the internet, my only concern is what i should take and when i should take it and how long ishould take it for? so any answers on that would be best :)

you haven't been training long enough to cycle...I'd wait till you're 25 to make sure you have reached your genetic potential...you have a lot more space to grow naturally, don't kill that with juicing early..


Also, if you're going to do it anyways, cause most of you guys get too excited and never listen, I'd keep arimidex or proviron on hand to kill that gyno...what's up with taking nolva post cycle....you want to stop the gyno before it starts, not try to illiminate it after it's already there...
 
ok, so rather than just telling me "it stinks" why not help me and tell me what to take? i do ridiculous amounts of research and never quite get the particular answer im asking for and the alcatraz your post made me laugh but also very true. so would i take arimidex whilst on the aas or just stop the aas and take the arimidex until the itchy nips have gone.

please can someone just write down what i should take, how often to take it and when i should take it. im not a div, i no my boundaries and also have quite a lot of common sense so i aint gonna go jabbing myself here there and everywhere. i mean no disrespect but im not some youngster who aint got a clue just some adult answers would be nice
 
i think 22 is too young.. sorry .. i mean whats the rush.. you can do more harm then good..

for pct research post cycle and unleashed..

i actually think you would get good results just running unleashed for 8 weeks.. it would cost like 50 bucks tops and let you get some practice in running a really good strict diet.
 
2 young but you have already started so...test @ 500mg 12wks. use the d bol or drol to kickstart. i know your going to use to we better as well send you down the right path. use aromasin st 12mg while on the test. clomid 50.50.25.25 and nolva 40/30/20/10, keep aromasin at 12mg in pct.


you need to research bro. we are not going to do much for you. your too young and if you use this stuff you better know WTF your doing. so start reading. ask smart questions and you will get good advice,

cheers man! nice for someone to finally just answer the question i asked, how often weekly do you need to inject or is it in one hit, and also what is aromasin, an anti estrogen im assuming, and how long would u use the dbol to start 4 weeks? and also would you overlap?

Every person has different body chemistry and can process things differently. Your blood type plays a big roll in what you should eat. I have an acquaintance who is a body builder and knows pretty much all there is to know about fitness and gear. By his own words "body builders have the worst diets there is. They eat to build, they only clean it up when the get ready to compete. Eating healthy is always good but don't go crazy with portioning, this is not a free ticket to blow off all you worked for. you need to eat right for your blood type. There is a book self titled that will help you drastically on this. 500mg of sust is a good one to start with. Trenbolone ace is very good as well and great alone. But I'm just an amateur when it comes to what gear is best but thats my rec.

he is cycling already..thats bad news because if u have done 4 or 5 cycles, that means u must have started in your late teen.To early bro

Since this is your 1st inj cycle.Just keep it simple

test e/dbol or drol (not both)

adding the test will make a world of difference in this cycle.. Atleast it did for me

Imo ur diet needs much much much work!
