Are you someone who carries weight and bulk naturally like I am? Or were you more of a lean/skinny guy before you started training? I wasn't always fat like the 1st pic. I was 190lb in high school and an athlete . I'm 28 now. When I went college I ballooned up 100lb and was just soft and fat. When I graduated in 2005 I lost it all back to 200lb but had NO muscle. Did it in 6mo. This time (the last time I'll blow up again) I did it with all weights and cardio.

In my 40's I bulked onced got up to 260lbs of Muscle at 5ft 8" i was strong as hell the problem, walking up a flight of stairs had me sweating profusinly ,Right now 198 is just about right for me.
Dude. You look awesome. Congrats. You should be proud of yourself. I wish I had saved my before pics, I threw them all out from embarrassment. I went from 285lbs down to 185lbs with diet and cardio. Then got in the gym and worked myself up to 220lbs at sub 15%. This is an amazing success story!
That is an awesome transformation brother. I was wondering if you ever considered switching it up for a little while and doing slightly higher reps in the ten to fifteen range with less weight. This may shock your body and take you past the plateau you say you are at. Also, how much cardio are you doing right now and when do you do your cardio if you do? I like doing 30-60 min of cardio 30 minutes after I wake up. (I take a fat burner immediately upon waking)

It's not roid rage, I just don't like you...
Thanks again everyone... Really means a lot. I would consider doing anything that would get me closer to my goals!
I run with the GF for about 45mins every weekday morning at 5:00am, medium intensity. Running always ends up hurting my lower back and I actually threw it out yesterday so I'd really like a cardio replacement. I take forged burner right when I wake also. What do you take?

Not sure what a GF is BUT! if you're getting cardio out of it ,then more power to you.
What is a GF anyway?
Another good way to speed up fat burning is to do max Sprints until you stert to burn out ,then drop back to med intensity, when you're ready full bore ahead again,do this several times it will speed the fat burning process.
