Pct

Blizz1

New member
I am on my 2nd cycle, 1st cycle Sust and Deca with Dbol, 2nd cycle Sust, Tren and Dbol.
I haven't done a PCT, I train with a guy who has trained and juiced for 15yrs without PCT, he claims in the days of arnie, Lou etc there was no such thing.
All advice welcome guys

Well i'm from the day of no PCT too! But i can tell you right now how important PCT is as it helps you hang onto more of your gains now than ever before. So if you cycle PCT is a must!

I think he runs.

well there you go.. either he is gonna have to stay on forever or he is gonna stop and lose almost all his gains from being massively shutdown.

the best way to do it is run a cycle, PCT, bridge, rinse and repeat. you will improve over time and save yourself from being on for life. i personally love bridging and with the supplements available today from NTBM you get a lot of benefits WITHOUT the sides.

In the days of Arnie, Lou there was no such thing as cell phones, CD players, etc either...

Regardless of his age if he does not properly cycle he will find himself on HRT and cruising because there comes a point in time with cycles that if you do not do proper PCT you may never recuperate from the cycle and your natural test will never be the same and you will have to stay on forever.

Just because your buddy says you dont need it doesnt mean you dont need it. PCT is important. Not only does it help keep gains but more importantly it helps return your body to a normal state by signalling your balls to start doing their job again. I have heard of many people who just run steroids without any pct. These are the same guys who feel they need steroids to keep the mass they aquire while on cycle. Good question but I think you will find most who are educated and follow new research in this field will highly reccommend PCT.
