I am so so sorry I been so damn busy bro.. I tell you wait if you ever get the time .. From about 12am till 6am I am on my comp all the time and during these quite hours is the best time to call me. Yes I work 24 hours a day and yes I pick up the customer support phone at this hour... 978 378 4266 <-- this number will change this week though and will be on the n2bm.com web site front page for all to see.

We are putting in a all new switch board phone system today as a matter of fact. We have grown a lot since the day we started and we now have many departments so we I have hired a full time secretary who will take all calls and send them to the right departments. We also have a full time live customer support IM on the front of the store. Abby girl is her name and she mans the live support from 12 noon till 12 mid night every day except weekends off.

dont think for a second that The way customers are treated will change guys. I will still talk to everyone as I always doo.
