I am putting this post in the AAS forums because my goal is to get back on the juice, but I have the sense to know steroids aren't going to help me with my current fitness level. I would really appreciate any strategies that you professionals use as professional quality physique is what my goal is.
Age: 29
weight: 265lbs
height: 6'2"
I have done a few cycles and had a great physique so the potential is there. Haven't been"on" for 4 years.
cycle#1 Dianabol 40mg/day 6 weeks,500mg test e 10 weeks +25bs
Cycle#2 2 grams tren/75mg eod bout 6 weeks, T3 bout same timespan
cycle#3 500mg test e 10 weeks
cycle#4 500mg test e 10 weeks
I'm just starting to train hardcore 90min morning 90min evening
My main problem is my diet. Do any of you guys have any proven way that might help my keep my diet a bit more controlled?

"this is the exact amount of cals I take in each day. this is the exact amount of protein, carbs, and fat in grams a take in each day. I know this because I keep track of it to a T and have done so for months now.
Well then come back in 3-4 months when you have this information. Why? well you could try to move forward and get advice but more then likely any advice you get will be sub par."

The above information seems too difficult. How do you guys keep track of all this stuff? Thanks a Lot.

the simplest way is to take pics of EVERYTHING you eat and post them online. DONT CHEAT. DONT LIE. Take pics of everything and you will know exactly what is going on.

Bro no body said this was going to be easy. Really if you aren't able to be dedicated enough to track your cals and macro's because it is to hard then the future is bleak. There are several online and phone apps that you can enter what you eat and they will keep track for you. Once you get used to it you can almost do it without thinking. I want to see you succeed bro but you have to be willing to put in the time and effort to do so and part of that is tracking your food just like you would your training.

track your calories at fitday.com thats what most of us do.. it will take u a few mins ed.. but you will know how much you are eating and when to make adjustments

also if you really learn about nutrtion you dont even have to track. just cut out simple carbs, grains, and cheat meals. Eat a lot of fruit, veggies and lean protein. if you stick to that you will be good to go.

Tom , has good advice here. If I were you, I would buy a book on nutrition and study our diet section of the forums to improve your knowledge of proteins and carbohydrates and to see specifically how there consumption effects your metabolism

bro, I AM GOING TO DO IT! it's not the motivation im lacking, it's just that I need to find a system that works for me. Nelson Montana recommended The bodybuilding Truth and Bottomline Bodybuilding. I already have bought both those ebooks years ago. Guess I should take another look at them Nelson Montana has a reputation for being right.

yeah that was my old method, but as I get older, I need to be more strict with my diet. I need to count grams of protein, carbs, and all that other shit that the pros do.
