Nah. Far easier than that - just shut off their appetitie so they eat less. People not sticking to their diets and always wanting those fries is what keeps them fat. Supplements only "help" them in this process.

Reasons are irrelevant. Just like there's a myriad of reasons to do drugs. The point is to STOP it.
There's no diet, exercise machine, sugery, pill or personal trainer than can take away those reasons. "Once the excuses stop - weight comes off". And hot damn, fat people sure have excuses!

Well, Yes & No. There is no "one solution fits all" approach (unfortunately). Every body is different. But eating less, eating right AND exercise IS a cornerstone of any weight loss. Anythign else merely HELPS you in those areas.
You can't MAKE people lose weight - you can only ASSIST them.
