Finally back on track yesterday!
Holy heck it sucked not working out for 5 days!
It felt like I may have well not even taken anything. By day 4 i was feeling deflated. :(
But back on track and pumped up quicky! :)
Tuesday:
Wt: 120
Supp: 7.5/day
Cardio: just 6 minutes..cuz I walked a million miles while on vacation
DL: 80lb barbell 4 sets 10/8/8/6
Chest press: laying flat 15db 2 set 15
Back rows with 15db: 2 set 15
Tricep pull-downs 90lbs 3/15
Laying down tricep pull-ups with 25db 2/15
Abs: reverse incline 2/20. Oblique twists with 15kb 2/45 sec
Crunches on ball with 15kb. 2/25

I'm n vacation too, and haven't been doing my normal routine, but trying to stay in tack somewhat..lol

Lol..I wouldn't say a "good time", I was actually ready to leave the day I got there. But I tried to make the best of it.
Sorry if anyone is from NY, but i have no desire to return.
Give me an ocean or a smokin hot pool any day!

I hear ya, to me the perfct vacation is on an island, wearing flipflops & my swinsuit & hanging out by the ocean, pool & just taking in the view and relaxing...

Not into vacationing in big cities, don't like traffic or tourists traps.. but I will like to go to NY one day, maybe for like 2-3 days.

Sunday July 3:
Supp...5 mg/d
Gear: 3x/d
Legs: quads mostly
Cardio: treadmill/glider

Lunges on smith: ?wt 3 sets/20
Glute ad/abuctor: 40-60 3/20 of each
Seated Calves: 90 3/15-20
Leg press: 3 sets 270/20, 320/20, 360/20. First time at this weight!! And it was actually easy :)
Leg ext: I know Zed is gonna kill me... 3/60-70/15
Squats on standing squat machine: 3/240/20
Ab's: crunches on ball with 12lb wt 3/30
Seems like I'm missing something..but good enough for now

Holy shoot::: could not walk down the steps leading out of gym..quads WOW
 
Tuesday July 5th Week 10.... This is the last week. I started tapering Sunday. Thought i would quit cold turkey..but I am a little afraid of that. So I'm gonna do one more day, then I done for at least 8 weeks. Maybe more. We shall see. ;)
