Hi girls! I am losing track of my workouts and weeks so I am starting my 1st Log.
It's about 6 weeks late...but better late than never, huh? :)
Started Cycle May 2nd---Anavar 5mg a day.
So I am starting week 7 on Monday.
I increased the dose to 8mg/day on June 2nd. And probably will keep it there til I finish.
Plan is to run 10 weeks.

Stats:
Beginning wt: 113 (but usually was 118)
5'7
Bf% approx 11%
Age 38

Weight on 6/12 121.5lbs

Cardio: (run treadmill) 10 minutes at 6.7-7.0
Lunge: 40 barbell 3 set/15 forward 3 set/15 reverse
SLDL: 70 barbell 3/15
Smith squats lite for positioning 3/90
Glute raises on raised bench 3/20
Kettlebell side bend: 15 kb 3/15 each side
Kettlebell front squat: 15kb 3/15
Kettlebell figure 8: 15kd 45 sec x 2
Decline Reverse Crunch: 3/15
Decline Kick ups ? 2/20
Decline Oblique Twist w/ 15 Kb 45 sec x 2
