I hope I make sense

So this is the first time I've ever really truly "cut," - calorie deficit, cardio, thermogenic, on cycle the whole nine yards, almost as intense as it would be if I were pre-contest. I have to say it is a very weird feeling psychologically to step on the scale and see the numbers go down. My brain doesn't like it at all, even though I like the results that I see in the mirror for the most part (I think my legs have shrunk quite a bit, which I don't enjoy).

Since I am on cycle, and have been on some type of gear for quite a while now, my question is about the "loss" I will have when coming off. When training/cycling for size/strength gain, you always lose a little obviously when you come off and shrink down. Now that I have lost a great deal of weight and I feel ultimately size from cutting, when I come "off" do you lose even more from your weight that you have cut down to? If that is the case I will be like back to where I started before steroids - which will suck balls.

This question makes sense in my head, but I am kind of GHB high right now. I hope you can understand what I mean.

Yeah -- I'm a little confused by what you're trying to say. Fat cells and muscle cells shrink and expand. So overall weight isn't as much of a factor as that ratio.

I guess what I'm asking is that once I come off, and start to lose my "gains" as my body adjusts to having non-superhuman blood - I am "losing" gains from an already cut down state - making me super tiny and weak?

Run some peptides or HGH post cycle.

ill try to expain what he means with my poor english.
i think his question is wether he is going to lose more over all body mass when he is off his cycle in a cut state

Like if he is going to lose less if he had been bulking on cycle and went off, cuz now he got that extra mass n fat.

Imo it should be around the same, since the difference between cut - bulk is the fat. Yeah you might have lost some mass during your cut, but now ya got that fat away wich makes your over all body look alot better and shaper

since steroids do help maintain mass in a think its "katabolic" state when you go off i would assume this helping keeping mass while in diffecient nutirent state kcals n such. you might lose alittle more

you could always go back up some kcals to get in maintaince state or alittle above?

I get you bro. I've never cut, but I would imagine you will lose some but most likely less because you are staying dryer in a cutter and therefor wont be shedding a lot of water post cycle. You won't get that crash in weight that occurs when coming off of a bulker.

If you have run them as long as i have gain are not so much affectived, meaning the the body adapts.

No, because the muscle tissue is still there. Hopefully, the loss in size is smaller fat cells, in which case why do you miss THAT?

You'll never have the full size you have on cycle, regardless of having cut or not. You'll essentially be a little smaller with a better muscle/fat ratio. You can always increase that naturally, but of course, the ratio would not be as preferable without steroids. Though I believe, with supps like BIG BLAST, GEAR and BRIDGE, you can do pretty, pretty, well.
