nobody here has seen her giblets...

Couple good bro's saw her boobs, and I had a pic of her ass as my avatar for awhile.

Stuff like that is pretty easy. You just need to keep food temp in mind. Fully cooked chicken should be 160 degrees, and the contents the same. Take a chx boob and a paring knife and cut a slit in the side, not going through the top, bottom, or the other side. You could even butterfly it. Put what you want in there by stuffing it or by laying it in and securing it with a toothpick. Grill it till it's done, or sear it (preferred because you could make a pan sauce) and finish it in the oven.

do you use a meat thermo meter?

Yeah. You can get one for under $5 at your grocery store. Keeping an eye on the temp will keep you from over cooking it and having it dry out. Another thing to keep in mind is you need to let your meat rest under foil because it will keep cooking and you need to let your jooses set. If you cook and cut right away it'll bleed out and become dry even if you cook it perfectly.

Duh...It's the woman who takes care of the inside of the house, the man who does the outside of it. Grilling is a mans job since it's outside.

anyways...it's really simple.

Butterfly your chicken breasts

salt and pepper to taste
provolone
prosciutto
hard salami
a lil bit of minced fresh garlic to taste

Close the chicken tits

Lil bit of EVOO drizzled on the top and sprinkle a little bit of white flour on top, flip and repeat.

Place on grill at about 350* until done.

I use a traeger smoker for these which is an indirect heat.

porcelain probably wouldn't like the uneven heating and crack dumping hot charcoal briquettes everywhere and burning down your trailer :(

me too...

When I first bought it I didn't like it and was fucking pissed off for how much money I thought I had just wasted, but after you get used to it it's the shit!
