Brain scramble

This is weird.

I know andogens affect dopamine and that can affect mood and sleep and all sorts of stuff. Right now I am on a fairly LIGHT androgen cycle, at least compared to what I normally do.

Mon 250mg sus
Tue 200mg primo
Wed 100mg prop
Thur 200mg primo
Friday 100mg prop

60mg tbol daily.

I feel like a super anxious almost angry energy, and it is hard to focus on stuff. Like I want to get mad at something but don't know what or why. I'm always slightly irritable (although I remain kind to people) and can't relax. I also am too scrambled to complete one task at a time. Like I will start cleaning my room then I feel I need to do the dishes. Anyone have this before?

Yea man that most definitely happens. It creates anxiety in myself on levels that I can't describe chemically. I don't really have problems with low test/primo/tbol but everyone is different. I get like that on tren/androl/etc so I know what you mean.

It may mean you're not working out hard enough. Every time I got like that I would beat the shit out of myself in the gym and the feeling would go away.. until the next day. That's just my experience, no real facts.

Alot of people pop bars or smoke out to handle the anxiety. A lot of people take meds for focus. But definitely look into Melatonin/GABA/ZMA for sleep aids.

**EDIT**: PS bars=cut, smoke=bulk

Haha! Thanks man. I esp. like the "edit" note at the bottom. Funny! Yeah it is just weird, because this is what I consider to be a very low androgen cycle compared to things I have done in the past. And it isn't quite like an EQ panic either - those made me feel like I couldn't breath or like I was constantly trying to get out from underneath something. This is a different kind all together. And everyone said Primo is side effect free! Ha!

Loving the vascularity, definition, strength and everything else I have gained though. BTW I forgot to mention that I will add in Mast next week!

I get the same way Ryno. Test/Tren do it to me and I just deal with it. I take a sleep med at night to help with the anxiety. Let me know how the mast works out for you?

I get the same way bro. Just from test and primo w/ an oral of choice. After a couple of weeks it levels out and the spikes aren't so bad. Cutting and buliking def help some folks tho, I just take extra sleep meds if its bad myself.

I've felt that way before. My theory is you work out, then the muscles rebuild during the night. Then when you wake up, the muscles have poor bloodflow as a result from the repair/rebuild process. I've found either lifting or stretching helps. If I have time, I'll lift. If I don't have time, I do 10 minutes of stretching.

Also, if it is a chemical imbalance, working out usually rebalances whatever was going on.

Coupla things.

First off, that cycle ain't that light. As we get older, flucuations in body chemistry have a more severe effect.

Secodly, the prop and sus may be creating peaks and valleys in you T level, since Primo won;t add much T -- just suppress what you have naturally.

And also possible -- it's not real Primo. EQ, which is a common substitute, causes anxiety. A shit drug IMO.

I am also normally very irritable due to stress lack of sleep. I started a test/mast cycle.
100 test eod
150 mast eod
Felt decent and increased test to 150 eod added dhea and my fiance says I have 1000% nicer and happier I can feel it more energy/ well being sleep is the best I have since I was a teenager. I did have some sleep anxiety problems first week but they cleared up.
That being said I have a family history of problems with very low test naturally with my father and grandfather on hrt so it could be just the test is correcting my normal inbalance. I will be seeing an endo once off cycle to gave everything checked.
One last thing my blood pressure has actually gotten better on cycle has anyone else experienced this?

I'm getting pissed easily specially when someone steals my machine but oh yeah I look good! :D

I am the biggest EQ hater in the world. Don't get me started. If this IS fake primo - then many many people on EF have been using fake primo too. Doesn't feel like EQ. Doesn't feel like tren. This is a different kind of nervous energy. Like a meth comedown minus the euphoria and jitters. Not something everyone can relate to - but it's my best description.

CK - that post cracked me up!
