Who eat before going to bed and wake up in the middle of the night to eat again?!!?

First off how much of the benzos are you taking? I would either stop the meds or at least cut back to see if that alone is the problem, bro.

Actually when Im very tired from work I only take 1/2 of a benzo medicine and when I wake up in the middle of the night I can control myself about eating cause Im half concitious.
