opus diet before AAS

I was reading up on this diet and it seems to be the perfect for those who aren't over weight but just to lower your body fat below 15%, I'm currently 14% and I want to lower it to 11% to start a cycle of AAS for cutting, is it effective guys?

What's even more effective is doing cardio. Any diet will work as long as you are restricting calories.

Everyone loves to over complicated this aspect and tries to change their diet for a little bit of extra fat burning, but no one wants to do the damn few hours of cardio a week.

What I have found to be the most effective diet to loose body fat while holding onto all your muscle mass (or even continuing to build muscle) is carb cycling.

Carb cycling makes a lot of sense. Both scientifically and in a real world sense. No one will question the fact that carbs are anabolic. The problem with carbs is that too much of them will simply get you fat.

By carb cycling, you get the best of everything. The low carb days are fat loss focused and re-sythnesis muscle insulin sensitivity and the high carb days are very anabolic and replenish depleted glycogen levels.

I explain how to set up a carb cycling diet and have a full sample meal plan in this article here -> http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/supplements/carb-cycling-exposed-trevor-44776.html
