Bro, yeah you can accomplish that but you need to get a good diet in place and follow it to a T !! Very low carbs, make sure your protein intake is roughly 1.5g per pound of LBM, and make sure your fat intake is good fat that helps promote the loss of your unwanted fat. Generally speaking, take a look at some diets and figure out when you have a window for carb intake and have your carbs at that time, your other meals need to be protein and some fat - and of course make sure your daily calories in at a point that you will drop weight - hope this helps
