I'm wondering what is the best drink to have during a workout? I'm not trying to steal the thread; was just curious if drinking fruit juices{which I do} is good or bad, and should I just stick to water?
I have a large, un-airconditioned shed I work out in, so it gets pretty hot and I need some fluids{mostly during the hot months here in Texas}, so I can't just have nothing to drink. I also usually drink alot.
