I can't get motivated to work out tonight.

Tonight is leg workout. My hips and knees were aching today from all the walking at work. I have a groin injury that I've had for years that will never heal properly I guess. Every time I do legs, there's a chance I'll aggravate this injury. Doctor said it's just pulled. But for several years? The area is weakened and very susceptible to injury. Maybe I should get an MRI. What can be done about it though?
 
best thing would be to do some wide stance squats, sumo deadlifts, and go real heavy on some adduction exercise, maybe a machine if your gym has one. if not there is the cable stack. :D

Sucked it up and worked out and had a great one. After I completed my workout, I looked in the mirror and said, "Biteme, you've done it again." Such a satisfying feeling. But, now my balls stink.
