Tonight is leg workout. My hips and knees were aching today from all the walking at work. I have a groin injury that I've had for years that will never heal properly I guess. Every time I do legs, there's a chance I'll aggravate this injury. Doctor said it's just pulled. But for several years? The area is weakened and very susceptible to injury. Maybe I should get an MRI. What can be done about it though?
