Any knowledge on what products to use to strengthen your tendons and ligaments?

I am aware of deca and straw-V helping. I was just wondering. If you were to jump 100lbs on you bench in 16 weeks what would help protect you from you mucsles pulling away from the tendons and ligaments.
 
I am not sure of anything besides Deca. But EAS makes something called Joint Fuel. I know it is EAS, but it may work. :confused:
 
Training for tendon strengthening wouldn't hurt either...

Pylo's, negatives, accerleration training, isometrics, etc
 
Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondritin Sulfate ea. @ 1500 - 2000 mg/ day. Takes a month to load, so start early.
