Stevia for cooking?

Can you add stevia to your hot meals, or the ones youcook? I cook very many times pancakes with whey protein, but I wantto make them a bit sweeter. Is it ok to add in there stevia?

Yes, you can definitely add it to the meals you cook. In fact, good protein products will include Stevia for sweeteining purposes, and people use this protein powder to cook, so there is no problem at all with that. The pancakes made with whey protein containing stevia remain sweet even after being cooked.

Absolutely. I use stevia as my main sweetener. You can cook with it, bake with it, use it in cold drinks etc.

The nice thing about stevia is that it's a calorie free sweetener but it's naturally derived from the stevia plant. It's not artificial like splenda/aspartame.
