My post workout drink is of coarse a prtein drink... i used to do milk but lately reading forums i have tried water and see better gains. I also use Twin Lab creatine fizz fuel for creatine.. that also has to be mixed in water. Which do i drink first? the protein drink or the creatine? Can i mix.. im confused. shit costs me mad money I wanna make sure i get the most out of each of them.
