flaxseed oil, seed, or pill?

befor 3 week i get my flaxseed oil from nutripeak.com That was very expansive and the taste was very bad

where can we get flaxseed oil ???? "Good price,good taste"

flax seed oil must be kept in a cool atmosphere if you don't want it to get rancid

So if you buy it through a web site get sure it will stay cool...
or buy it in a healthy/organic food store
(or buy pills)
