why do my damn forearms hurt so bad??

i over did it a little on the chins on wednesday,but i doubt that all that lactic acid was hiding out till yesterday?? my tendons from my elbows to my forarms are a little tender and sore but its not them. its the belly of my forearm. i was useing a screwdriver all damn day yesterday and i could feel them get pumped from that.(cyp @ 400mg/wk) now today they have been pumped all fuckin day. they feel tight and full like i've been doing wrist curls all day. it hurts sometimes more than not.??? what the fuck??? never had this happen on test before.:confused: :confused:
 
Don't spank it too much. You can overtrain that way as well. Alternate between sex with a real woman and sex with your hand for adequate recuperation of the forearms. Good luck. :p
 
haha i know i'm on my first cycle, and it's amazing how you can get pumps on fucking gear (i'm on test and eq). crazy...like when you are just walking to class and you calves are getting tight from the pump, carrying something sorta heavy like a box of even 40lbs for a short distance (car to apt) your lower back starts getting sore, or when you are done eating a whole steak your jaw is sore and stiff....and all that shit is when you aren't even lifting the weights.
 
Yup. No thumbs but I also noticed that I would grip the bar like a man holding on for dear life. When I started relaxing my grip the tendonitus like symptoms went away.
