I did sust for my first cycle, hurt like a bitch! My quads and ass were killing me from the injections.....don't know what it is about sust that hurts like hell......considering I've done all other tests with no pain. But try enanthate, it's a good long acting test that shows good results.

As a first time user I think you would be happier with a long acting test like enanthate or cypionate. This will allow you less frequent injections and more stable blood levels (thus probably equating to less side effects)
