upper left back is hurting...kidneys?

its just under my left shoulder blade..can it be muscular pain or kidneys? im only 5 days into a suspension/prop cycle

The kidneys are near your lower back right above the waste. You probly just pulled a muscle.

Yeah that sounds way too high to be your kidneys.

actually, it's higher then you think. At least the pain, in most cases. But, usually, kidney pain is so bad, that you would be seeing doctor by now, if you have one.
Try to stretch and move that area, if you feel more pain, it has to be muscle or tendon, or nerve.
