Test, deca,winnie... pct

here is my cycle

test e 500mg per week for `12 weeks
deca 400 mg per week for 10 weeks
winnie 50mg everyday week 8-14

i have nolva and clomids to start 18 days after my last test shot..

i was think 500iu twice a week the last 4 weeks of test

and i was gonna get proviron.... i am unsure how to take proviron...

anyone any input on PCT and help with the proviron would be greatly appreciated....
