Split winny from morning to evening or morning to afternoon?

I am taking 100mg of winstrol daily an I am wondering if it should be split and taken morning and afternoon? or morning and evening?

I'd split it but dont take the 2nd dose past 4 or 5 pm. Many report insomnia when dosing winny late a night. Also I get bizarre dreams/nightmares when I take any AAS at night time.

i always disolve my morning under my tongue around 8, and disolve my last no later than 6
