I agree completely. I have done long cycles, 16-18 weeks at moderate doses and have had minimal or temporary health problems, (high blood pressure, acne) and kept 90-95% of my gains. I have trained for 12 years naturally and it is nice to see moderate gains but it is even nicer to keep them and know I did not just blow all my money.
Boneheads I workout with do things differently, they get real big then get real small and it keeps going that way. Also, they get a lot of questions. I experience none of that!
