Post cycle: Nolva + Clomid

I've read all the debates recently about which is better for you regarding post-cycle recovery: nolva or clomid.

I am NOT convinced either way so........what do you bro's think of this:

Week 1: 300 mg Clomid + 20 Nolva
Week 2: 200 mg Clomid + 20 Nolva
Week 3: 100 mg Clomid + 40 Nolva
Week 4: 100 mg (No nolva)

No Nolvadex week 4 because I will try to let the Clomid combat the post nolva rebound effect?

What do you think?

I agree with you, this past cycle was the first time I have run nov. and clomid and I liked it better than just clomid. of course I will be running ldex next cycle so I am going to try and leave the nov out and compare.

i like it but i think you should run novla after your clomid runs out. try this it has a lot of info
