nolva/clomid

hey fellas,

i was wondering if you guys could lead me to a link or help out a little bit. if someone was to run 10wks of sus at 500mg a week, and 4 weeks of dbol and the last 6 weeks of clen 2wks on 2 off with an eca is it necessary to use nolva to keep the water retention down and the estrogen levels down. and how would someone run it?

Nolvadex will do little to keep the estrogen related water off. Femara or arimidex are much better alternatives...

Agreed. .5mg/day arimidex per 500mg test seems like an effective dose for me, any less and it doesn't control the sides as well. Some people can get away with a lesser dose, I guess you should just experiment for yourself.

If all you have is nolva it's better than nothing 10mg/day should be enough, if not up it to 20mg. Clomid isn't going to do much.

I am finishing up that exact cycle. The dbol gave me gyno signs by week 3, so I hopped on nolv @ 20mg ED for a week until I got my hands on ldex which I ran at 0.5mg EOD. Everything was fine after that.
