an intelligent Q about clen from someone that has taken clen numerous times

Okay, I know all about clen and the doses but for starters. I've done a couple of cycles of clen now with little success so I'm thinking about adding T3 even w/o AS due to my desperation for losing bf before I start taking AS for the first time and I'm wondering if I still need to start off at one or two for the first day like I was a newbie. I was curious what the guys that have taken clen more than a few times start out with. If you do start out at one like a newbie why? If not why? Let me know. Thanx
