Gyno question

I started getting a slight lump and tenderness under my left nipple after being off cycle for 12 weeks and done with pct for 6 weeks. My protocol for pct was clomid , nolvadex and exemestane. Now that a lil gyno is flared up out of nowhere I started with the nolvadex at 40 mgs and the exemestane at 12.5 mgs. I've never had a delayed reaction like this, just wondering if anybody has advice on my dosing/ protocol.

have you had any bloodwork done?

you need to run the anti gyno stack and stay away from steroids until you get this resolved
