Drink winny in one shot or split into am and pm?

Was wondering when drinkin win...should I drink in one shot per day or split my dose into morn and night?

I'm taking the 50mg tabs and splitting into 2 - 25mg AM and 25mg PM. It's got a short half life, so this is probably the best way to insure a constant level in your system.

Yep, twice daily for even levels. Think the half life is approx. 9 hours.
