yeah, the day after. it doesn't hurt too bad. feels good to get the knot worked. never before, made that mistake once never again.

best way (for me, anyway) to minimize quad injets issues is to work out right after sticking.

For me it does not matter, i dont work around my shots. If I shoot quads and its leg day, big deal, its just leg day.

last week i trained legs a couple hours after shootin in the glute the next day my arse ached so much i couldnt sit without pain for about 5 days, i assumed it was because of shootin in the glutes then doin squats hacks and leg presses, anyone else had this?
