i have done fire weeks of 500 mg sustanon.it was the bulking part of the cycle.
now im cutting with:
1-4 weeks 50mg tren/50mg prop 0,25 arimidex
meat plan:
morning 1 meal
atmeal with a protein shake
lunch 2 meal:4 eggs and udos choice oil
1-2 hours before workout proteinshake
after workout meal 3
asta or a fish meal
4 meal:fruit,with tuna salat
5 meal
rotein shake ,fruit,udos choice oil
supplements:creatine,glutamin, and multi vitamin tablets
workout schedule:
monday: tricep/bicep
thursday:in the morning 30 min cardio,evening
whensday:deltoid,chest and cardio
th: soccer practice
friday:calf,thigh
saturday: cardio 40 min
sunday :soccer practice
iam 90 kg with 14% bf
