Best AS for endurance athlete

What would be the best AS for a long distance runner to use to maintain muscle and vascularity and not get too skinny from all of the running. Var?

sure if you want to hold excess water. :p I would have just recommend eq 500 a week for 10-12 weeks alone if you want just endurance and you don't really care for muscle strength. Personally, I bloat up big time on test and I'm a high endurance cardio guy. Sweed is correct in some aspect, but definitely, just go with eq and maybe frontload test at low dosages during the first 6 weeks until the eq kicks in. I'm talking under 200mgs of test. Now if you wanna get huge...test/eq/dbol/deca/ lol...
 
Believe it or not i know alot people in sports over the age of 25 and all would and do prefer DECA! one of those sports included is soccer!
