AAS cycle to build up specific muscles only

Does anyone do a complete cycle with a heavy focus on a single or very few muscles in order to get more proportional?

I'm thinking of doing my next cycle focused on muscle groups which need the most work. For me, legs, traps and maybe shoulders. How should one train in this case?
 
I wouldn't say this is specific to juice but more so focusing on the BP's you want to bring up........

^^Dito^^ Weather you put them first, hit them more often, or however you want to accent these target muscles, the only thing that will change is the benefits of your cycle.
