2nd cycle advise needed!

hi folks this is my 2nd cycle, my first was 50 dbol for 4 weeks and 500ml test E for the 12, that was about 3 1/2 years ago, ive still been training hard and am looking to up my gains some more so im goin for 10 weeks 500 ml sustanon with dbol 50mg for the first 5 weeks....i'm a bit rusty with the pct plans i found this

"Clomid: Day one, 300mg
Day 2-10, 100mg
Day 11-21, 50mg
Nolvadex: Day 1-14, 40mg
Day 15-30, 20mg

how much comes in these boxes i forget, how many pills or boxes do i need to buy to get through PCT this is what i used last time but it was that long ago i forget.
