1st cycle, 2nd cycle.

Hey bros, my first cycle was sust 250mg for 8 weeks, and I gained 25lbs and kept 22lbs. For my second cycle should I stay with sust@ 250mg plus deca@ 375mg, or 500mg with the sust and 375mg of deca? Would I still make good gains with 250mg sust if I add the deca?

Yes you will still make okay gains with 250mg/week with the Deca but I would bump it up to 500mg/week with maybe a front load of 1000mg/week for the first 2 weeks of Sust. Liquidex or Arimidex through out would be a good addition if the $$$ are there
