Give it a break for a couple of weeks. Eat high protein med. carbs and low fat. You should probably go ahead and bump up your cal. intake on this break also. Then go back to atkins.
If you are wanting to get off the diet for a while I would recomend that you start trading some fat for protein and then lower the fat even more and add carbs.

You can buy a small toaster oven that will cook more stuff than most people realize. Also an electric skillet, microwave, small grill all work well. Everything I eat can be cooked by onw of these. I love to grill.:cool:
