Hey girls,

1st off, let me introduce myself and also clear up that I am not some weirdo in the girls forum.....I am 31 and train hard 5 days a week, work hard and live a pretty happy life with my beautiful fiance. We are getting married in January in Mexico, so excited.....been together for 5 years in march.

anyways, I was doing a little research on the net about a problem that my fiance and I are having.....she has been experiencing low sexual desire and we both suffer!! We have talked about this and she doesn't know why.....she believes a contributing factor is the stress she is under through becoming a teacher and the work load. I agree that this will have an effect for sure. OK OK...to get to the point......Have any of you ever tried or heard of Sentia?

It is supposed to increase a womans sexual libido among other benefits.

the web address is: http://www.sentiaforwomen.com/

Thank you in advance for your help.....and please only serious replies....

question for you, is there anyway she can decrease her workload, I know ha ha, but seriously, (yup I know for anyone else who reads this, I am one to talk) but is there anyone that can help her?

No experience w/ that, never heard of it actually. If this is somethign that has just happened recently, excluding the stress thing, has anythign else changed in your lives? E.g. differerent birth control? anything else? I know women do experience swings in libido for what seems to be no particular reason. There are all sorts of discussions around that but if you can eliminate any actual physical / medical reasons for the change, then I'd really look at the stress level. If you need to set aside some "YOU" (you both or even just herself) time to relax some it may help to pace the stress levels, give you both a chance to focus on each other & communication - it sounds like you are both at a point of a lot of change, stress, new experiences and demands and also learning to set up a lifestyle around both job demands & your lives together (this can sometimes translate to learnign how to live w/ someone besides yourself, but still not losing your own "space").

Hey Sassy,

Thanks for the reply.....I guess the job and stressors around wedding plans etc have a large impact on her, and us...she is not on the pill and haant been for along time....we play the "pull out, careful game!!" No need to say more! haha...we have also been living apart for almost 2 years as we are both in different cities setting up our careers. (that is changing in 1 month...thank god! Just doing the every weekend visits. This makes it tough to have time together. When we do see each other, it can be tricky finding that alone time as she is living with her parents until I move to her city.....and yeah....while at the parents its tough to find time alone! Then she will come to see me as well. That being said, she has mentioned to me that she has experienced lower libido....we are both just not sure what is causing it.....hoping that once we live together again, that will change. We have excellent communication in our relationship....have a very strong relationship.....We are both always open to new things out there that will also help out in the libido dept. Guys have cialis and viagra (and juice) But this has never been a problem on my end....have too high a libido if anything!!
Especially when on cycle!! haha....

If you know of any other herbal or non herbal meds out there that do help a woman, please do mention them....

She is also a very petite woman, amd always super picky on what she eats.....actually she doesn't eat enough half the time....and her fat intake is too low....up until a short while ago she hadn't been getting her period for over a year, which the doc said was directly related to not getting enough fat in her diet. Don't get me wrong though...she isn't a skinny little rake......she is absolutely beautiful....stunning physique...most beautiful girl I have ever laid my eyes on in fact!! But she can't aford to lose any weight either.

I suspect her drop in libido is many things.....diet, work and life stress and not living together.....

Shit...talking about her to someone else always makes me miss her more.....ok ok....I'm starting to babble......
