Please Help

Hello everyone. I am a 24 year old mother of 3 looking to gain more definition. I eat a clean diet, I am 135 lbs, and I work out regularly. However I can't seem to get my Abs back! After my third child i balooned up to 189 lbs and worked out vigorously to get back to my 125 weight. Hasn't happened. Im stuck at 135-134. My question is would Clen be something that can help me shed off an extra 10 lbs and get the definition I want? Or should I try an actual anabolic? This will be my first cycle.

Steroids to not burn fat. Fat burning is either from eating better or exercising more or a combination of the two.
I suggest you post your daily eating habbits.
 
I usually eat

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, 1 thin slice of ham w/ water

Snack: 1 cup of fruit and almonds w/ water

Lunch: Romaine lettuce and spinach salad with grilled chicken. Light Balsalmic dressing. Water

Snack: Protein shake 22 grams

Dinner: Baked fish or baked chicken with seasoned steamed vegetables. Water.


I also do Insanity (cardio) 6 days a week for about 30 to 45 mins. I do ab work 3x daily 5 days a week. I also run 3 miles once a week. The only thing i do not do is lift.

Snack: 1 cup of fruit and almonds w/ water what kind of fruit some are better than other berries for example are great

Lunch: Romaine lettuce and spinach salad with grilled chicken. Light Balsalmic dressing. Water ligh balsamic leads me to believe it prepackaged 1 tbsp extra vigrin olive oil with 1-2 tbsp of balsamic it's more calories likely but it's a healthy fat which is fine

Snack: Protein shake 22 grams limit shakes post work out is fine but other than that you should be eating real food

Dinner: Baked fish or baked chicken with seasoned steamed vegetables. Water. sounds fine just depends on the portion size

Lifting weights builds muscle more muscle means you burn more calories even when your body is at rest.

Your diet doesn't have a macro break down I suggest using fit day and plugging you numbers in to see the dail totals

What you do in the gym makes up for a portion of your results but with out sold diet eating enough calories and the correct macro mix results can be limited still so please keep that in mind.
