I'm back....

WEll, I'm finally moved in... what a week and half. I haven't been to the gym and have been eating really bad... but not giving up... bvack on track tomorrow. this moving really pushed me off the track... so I got my body fat test today (last monday their PC were all down) and BF% has not changed (which I'm sure is due to eating like shit for 10 days... So I"ll try and catch up, read all these threads and get my ass back in geer... MIssed you all
