first time clen cycle

Excerpt: Got my Clen in yesturday... was wondering if I am measuring correctly... havent used it yet... Okay so i have a syringe that measures up to 1/2 a cc... so for the first day, dosage will be 1/5th? of that... cycle will look like this for 18 days... 20 mcgs 2 days-- 1/5th 40 mcgs 2 days-- 2/5th 60--3/5th 80--4/5th 100--syringe full 80--4/5th 60--3/5th 40--2/5th

    so im up to 50 mcg's... no real bad sides... i think maybe im uping my doses too slowly.. tomorrow im doing 60, then friday im uping to 80...

    Have you posted your diet anywhere??

    The reason I ask is that unless its VERY VERY TIGHT, you will NOT lose any fat from Clen.

    Breakfast-egg whites, and oatmeal
    snack-apple
    lunch-tuna and brown rice
    snack- baby carrots
    after work out - protein shake low sodium low sugar
    dinner- 2 chicken breast boneless/skinless & mixed veggies..
    consume about a gallon of water a day

    www.fitday.com this site is free and great enter in what you eat so we can see your macro totals. Buy pure guesstimation I am thinking your cals are too low at most 1300-1400 cals which is pretty low at 170 espeically with all the cardio etc you are doing.

    Also the snacks should have protien source with them both will give you and insulin spike on there own.

    Ran to GNC yesturday to pick up the taurine... felt the cramping everyone talks about... dosed 2.5 grams... is that enough?

    If a gram is 1000 mg take 2-3 grams you need 2000-3000 mg.
