Cardio times

Does it matter what time of the day I should do my cardio? Is timing important at all for good results?

the only time i wouldn't do cardio is late in the day. it will interfere with your sleep. 2 hours before bed is relaxation time. not time to push your body
 
It doesn't matter. A lot of really good scientific clinical reviews have studied if the time you do cardio matters and all they found is that doing the cardio is the most important thing. There was no difference in terms of results on when the cardio was done.
