working through lower back pain

New member
Guys after doing squats I started experiencing lower back pain and i've had them for three weeks so I'm very limited at gym , do you think resting is the best way to recover or are there any special routine exercises to diminish lower pain?

Just don't do anything that causes the pain, eventually it should go away and you can go back to normal.

Best thing to do is go to a specialized Dr so they can see whats up.

Usually when people are experiencing lower back pain when doing squats, it's because their form is poor.

The squat is actually a HIP dominant exercise. It's NOT a quad dominant exercise.

Focus on keeping the weight in your heels.

With back pain, I would always rest and not push through. You don't want to mess your back. Once you have issues they can linger forever.
