I normally only do cardio for 3 months out of the year to lean up. I have a good diet with a fast metabolism so I've never needed it for vanity reasons.
Lately I've been thinking about adding in 2-3 sessions a week for heart health.
Do any of you guys do cardio year round? Type and duration?
