who does cardio year round?

I normally only do cardio for 3 months out of the year to lean up. I have a good diet with a fast metabolism so I've never needed it for vanity reasons.

Lately I've been thinking about adding in 2-3 sessions a week for heart health.

Do any of you guys do cardio year round? Type and duration?
 
i just started doing cardio year round @ 3 sessions per week for 20-40 mins of incline walking.

bump -- i'm curious if many stay leaner year round from it as well.
 
I stay in good cardio shape year round for Strongman...and for health reasons.

on average i run 3-4 times a week as well as swim twice a week. lift 4 days a week. ive been holding steady at 235ish. running 5x5 in the gym and eating everything in sight.
