Pulled Tendon

i posted a while ago about a pulled tendon in my hamstring that i got about a month ago, boy did it fucking hurt because i ran on it for 3 weeks. I went on vacation and rested my leg the whole time (11 days) and the doc gave me some heavy duty anti-inflamitory's i couldn't stomach them, they made me feel like i was gona die lol :sick:

but neways i'm back home now and today i started leg excercise again, i did legpress, and squat and a few others. i felt no pain at all, its hella cool i couldn't do it before it hurt too damn much. Now it just feels like the upper area in my hamstring is really really tight, i started to stretch it again but i dunno if i should. What do you think
 
don't stretch it cold, do 10-15 min of cardio, make sure the muscle is good a warm and stretch slowly and lightly... hold the stretch for a good couple of minutes but don't go to any point that causes pain...
