More Weight Less Repetitions OR Less Weight More Reps!?

Look at it this way... either way, when you are your own champion, you're a winner every time!

If your goal is strength training, you wanna stay in the 4-6 rep range, the standard school of thought says. If you want muscle size (hypertrophy), you go with a 10-15 rep range, the standard school of thought says. Another school of thought, popular on this board, is that 4-6 rep range plus lots of food will put on all the size you could ask for.
