Developing The Adonis Belt ....Any tips ?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had any tips/exercises that will cut my adonis belt ?

Currently,I doing knee-ups in the captain's chair with a dumbbell between my
feet (80-90 lbs) and alternating with woodchoppers on a single cable;along
with cardio.

My goal is to look like this.

Diet and cardio!!!

Abs are made in the kitchen

When ur really close you can start to manipulate carbs and cortizol to help with access water if needed.
 
And be sure to hold your abs in when you are training them. This will help prevent having a distended belly when you do get that cut.
 
Buddha was spot on with diet and cardio being the most important aspect. After you get that on point I suggest trying a fat burner like n2burn and n2slin. They definitely make a noticeable difference when everything is in place.
