ZMA has always helped me sleep better, when I first started taking it right before bed I would have crazy dreams all night long. It's used mainly as a sleep aid, any gains you see from it can be assumed to be made because your body is getting better rest. Make sure the dose is something like this:

3 Capsules (Men): Vitamin B6: 10.5 mg 525% Magnesium: 450 mg 113% Zinc: 30 mg 200%

Some companies throw other junk in the mix like vitamin C, etc. but that stuff is basically just filler and not worth the money.

Ive always liked it and I use it from time to time. Be sure to get the original one from SNAC though - its the best.

ZMA isnt a bad supplement,,it can help you sleep,,,but I still prefer melatonin for that.
