I just remembered you live in Bucharest, where its most likely not as cheap as the US for a bottle of Zinc (which you can get at any supermarket very cheaply). In that case, upping your dosage significantly is probably not worth the price increase, but if you can afford it or it IS cheap in Bucharest, go for it brother.

Increased test levels, better complexion, etc. etc.

Great supplement. Athletes/BBers should shoot for 100+ mg daily.
